DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

VONAS currently ships products within Metro Manila only. Shipping details will be updated once we are open for deliveries outside Metro Manila, Philippines.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can send us an email at hey@vonas.ph for updates regarding your purchases.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

VONAS does not currently accept returns, refunds or exchanges for physical merchandise or products. The Policy is only applicable for Digital Products only. You have 30 Calendar Days to request for a Return, Refund or Exchange for the said Digital Product.

To request for the Return and Exchange, please contact the team by sending an email to hey@vonas.ph with the following details:

Subject Line: Return,/Refund/Exchange of Item

Body: Transaction/Reference Code, Purchase Date, Item, Reason for Return or Exchange and Other Relevant Details

Attachments: Proof of Purchase, Supporting Documents, Photos, etc.

The Team will be contacting you once we have evaluated your request.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOUR COURIERS?

You will be responsible for selecting and booking your courier, as well as shouldering the cost of shipping the product.  

Please note that VONAS does not hold responsibility for any damages, alterations, loss, delay, or other untoward incident during the shipping of the product.. For any shipping concern, please contact your selected courier.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

VONAS accepts couriers available within Metro Manila, Philippines. The consumer will be responsible for booking their preferred courier and will relay the delivery details to the team once a rider has been confirmed.
